IPR.VC invests in high quality film and TV content.

As an investment fund manager, IPR.VC has to date raised over €150 million across three funds from institutional investors, pension funds, family offices and non-profit sector investors.

IPR.VC has financed over 35 productions, several of which have garnered nominations and acclaim from international festivals and major awards bodies including The Oscars® and Golden Globes.

Founded in 2014, partner-owned and with offices in Helsinki and London, IPR.VC is regulated along EU alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) regulations by the Finnish Financial Supervision authority.

Film and TV content industry is not correlated to macroeconomic trends, rather that people consume media and entertainment despite of economic trends.

Sundance 2024

The feature documentary ‘Skywalkers – A Love Story’ was acquired by Netflix after its successful premiere in Park City, bringing in 4x profit for IPR.VC Fund II.

Box Office Hit 2024

After its world premiere at SXSW in March 2024, ‘Civil War,’ written and directed by Alex Garland and starring Kirsten Dunst, became the number 1 film at the US box office in its opening weekend.
